Shipping policy

We can ship most in-stock titles to mainland UK within 24-48 hours via Royal Mail, Evri or DPD.  International delivery times vary, depending on location. We will contact you if a title is out of stock or is on back order with our supplier.  All domestic and international orders placed before 2pm (London GMT) will be processed on the same day, and in-stock items shipped within 24 hours.

UNITED KINGDOM

Free standard delivery within 48 hours on all orders over £30 is available to mainland UK.  Standard 48 hour UK delivery is £3.95, premium 24 hour UK delivery is £6.95.

MAINLAND EUROPE

In-stock titles will ship to mainland Europe within 2-7 days. All prices are quoted in GBP. Shipping rates are based on weight, and will be calculated at checkout.  Free shipping is available to selected EU countries on orders over £75 GBP.  Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be payable.

 

UNITED STATES

Parcels to the United States are restricted to 5kg (approx. 10lbs). Rates are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated shipping to the United States is 3 - 11 business days.  Free shipping is available to the United States on orders over £100 GBP.  Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be payable.
